Shipping

  1. Order(s) will be processed & sent out for shipping within 1 – 2 working days after order verification and credit approval. Kindly allow another 1 – 5 working days for our courier partners to delivery to your doorstep.
  2. Standard Domestic Shipping to West Malaysia: RM8; East Malaysia: RM18

Returns

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will not entertain any returns after 14 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Kindly inform us the reason for return and provide return parcel tracking number by email to info@theteepeople.com upon returning the item(s), otherwise the request will not be processed.
  3. All returned item(s) are subjected to quality control. The Tee People reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
  4. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or unused.
  5. The Tee People will not be held responsible for any damages or loss occurred during the return shipment process.
  6. Unless it was a defective or wrong item(s) sent to you, all returns are shipped at your own cost.
  7. Item(s) shall not be exchangeable for different product style/design after purchase. (For example, if you purchase Monday Blue Tee, you must exchange with a Monday Blue Tee)
  8. Item(s) can be exchanged due to unsuitable size after purchase provided it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or unused. But the return is shipped at your own cost.
  9. Item(s) to be posted in its original packaging (with matte transparent bag) as it was being posted to the customer.The Tee People Packaging
  10. Item(s) to be returned to the same address on the original packaging.
  11. Refunds are banked in directly within 14 business days after The Tee People has received the item(s) provided the item(s) is/are in good condition after completing the inspection of the returning item. Refunds are also applicable if the item(s) to be exchanged is unavailable (eg: unavailable size).
  12. Refund will be via bank transfer.
